Rockstar respectfully requests permission to exceed the page limit in its Reply in Further
Support of its Expedited Motion to Compel Discovery from Google by one page. The Court
granted both parties permission to exceed the page limits on the opening and response briefs by
three pages. Rockstar respectfully submits that, as a result, an additional one page of briefing in
reply should also be permitted. Counsel for Google has advised that it does not oppose this
motion.
