JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE A PROPOSED DOCKET
CONTROL ORDER AND DISCOVERY ORDER
Plaintiffs Rockstar Consortium US LP and Netstar Technologies LLC (“Plaintiffs”), and
Defendant Google Inc. (“Google”) respectfully submit this Joint Motion for an Extension of
Time to File a Proposed Docket Control Order and Discovery Order.
Currently, the deadline for the parties to submit a proposed docket control order and
discovery order is April 25, 2014. The parties are diligently conferring and preparing these
materials for submission to the Court, but respectfully request a short extension of time to 5 pm
Central time on April 28, 2014, in order to finalize the proposed orders. Good cause exists to
grant the requested extension. The parties have been working to reach agreement on as many
issues as possible, but need a short extension to finalize preparation of the joint materials. The
parties therefore respectfully request an extension to 5 pm Central time on April 28, 2014 to
submit to the Court a proposed docket control order and a proposed discovery order.
