Before the Court is the Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Counsel for Defendant Apple Inc. The motion is GRANTED. IT IS ORDERED that Don G. Rushing is withdrawn as counsel for Defendant Apple Inc. as of the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that electronic notices sent in this case to Don G. Rushing terminate, effective from the date of this Order.
