AND AT&T MOBILITY LLC TO MOVE, ANSWER, OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT IN THIS ACTION On this day there came on for consideration the Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to Move, Answer or Otherwise Respond to the Complaint in this Action, and the Court having considered the motion is of the opinion that it is well taken and should be granted.
