PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER
Plaintiffs RICKY B. PERRITT, Individually, THE CUPCAKERY, LLC, a Texas
Limited Liability Company, BUSTER BAKING, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company,
THE WOODLANDS BAKING, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company, and CUSTOM
VERSION CORPORATION, a Texas Corporation, by and through their attorneys, hereby file
this Unopposed Motion to Withdraw their Motion for Protective Order (Docket No. 101).
Since the filing of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Protective Order Defendants’ counsel contacted
Plaintiffs’ counsel and the parties have come to an agreement concerning the issues addressed in
the motion; therefore, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court enter an order withdrawing
Plaintiffs’ Motion for Protective Order (Docket No. 101).

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Plaintiffs request an Order from the Court
withdrawing their Motion for Protective Order (Docket No. 101). Plaintiffs pray for any further,
other or additional relief to which they may be entitled.
