ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE On this day, the Court considered Pamela F. Jenkins ("Jenkins") and The Cupcakery, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company's ("Nevada Cupcakery") (collectively, the "Defendants") Motion to Transfer Venue [Dkt. No. 24] (the "Motion"). Having considered the Motion, the Court GRANTS the Motion and ORDERS that this case be transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, Las Vegas Division.
