ORDER GRANTING AGREED MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO RESPOND TO DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Agreed Motion for an Extension of the Deadline to Respond to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 21) seeking an extension of the deadline to respond to Defendants Motion to Dismiss to and through March 2, 2011. The request is unopposed and the Court is of the opinion said motion should be granted. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Agreed Motion to Extend Deadline to Respond to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 21) is GRANTED. Plaintiffs shall have through March 2, 2011 to respond to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 21).
