ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS Before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 21) and Plaintiffs' Response to the same. Having considered the parties' submissions on the matter, the Court hereby DENIES Defendants' Motion to Dismiss as MOOT. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 21) is DENIED.
