ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO CONDUCT THE DEPOSITION OF PAMELA JENKINS ON APRIL 12, 2011 Before the Court is the Parties' Joint Motion for leave to conduct Pamela Jenkins' deposition on April 12, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The request is unopposed and the Court is of the opinion said motion should be granted. It is therefore ORDERED that the Parties' Joint Motion to Conduct the Deposition of Pamela Jenkins on April 12, 2011 is GRANTED.
