ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO OPPOSE DEFENDANTS' SECOND MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT OF PATENT INVALIDITY CAME ON FOR CONSIDERATION Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Extend the Deadline to Oppose Defendants' Second Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of Patent Invalidity. The Court is of the opinion that the motion is well taken and should be granted. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Extend the Deadline to Oppose Defendants' Second Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of Patent Invalidity is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file its Opposition and supporting papers on May 2, 2007.
