MOTION FOR ENTRY OF REVISED AGREED PROTECTIVE ORDER PURSUANT TO THE COURT'S ORDER OF JULY 8, 2009 Pursuant to the Court's Order of July 8, 2009, Mirror Worlds, LLC herewith submits an agreed version of the proposed protective order, attached as Exhibit A, that includes the safeguards Magistrate Judge Love described in his recent opinion in Document Generation Corp. v. Allscripts, LLC, 6:08cv479, 2009 WL 1766096 (E.D. Tex. June 23, 2009). Counsel for Mirror Worlds, LLC has conferred with counsel for Apple, Inc., and Apple has no objection to entry of the revised Agreed Protective Order.
