("Apple") hereby moves to extend Apple's deadline to oppose Mirror Worlds' Motion to Dismiss until Monday, August 31. Good cause exists for the requested relief, and Mirror Worlds does not oppose Apple's motion. Mirror Worlds filed its Motion to Dismiss on August 10, 2009. Apple's opposition to that motion would be due Thursday, August 27, 2009. Apple respectfully requests the Court to extend the time to oppose Mirror Worlds' motion to Thursday, September 3, 2009.
