ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE Came on for consideration the joint motion of Plaintiff Mirror Worlds, LLC and Defendant, Apple, Inc. to comply with P.R. 4-1 in this case and upon due consideration the Court finds that the joint motion should be GRANTED. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the deadline to exchange proposed terms and claim elements for construction is extended from September 2, 2009 to September 8, 2009.
