IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that (a) the deadline to comply with Patent Local Rule 4-3(d) is extended to Friday, November 27, 2009, (b) the discovery deadline for claim construction issues under P.R. 4-4 is extended to Monday, December 21, 2009, for the limited purpose of completing the depositions of the parties' experts regarding claim construction, (c) the deadline to comply with Patent Local Rule 4-5(a) is extended to Monday, December 7, 2009, (d) the deadline to comply with Patent Local Rule 45(b) is extended to Tuesday, December 22, 2009, and (e) the deadline to file any motions for summary judgment of indefiniteness is extended to Tuesday, December 22, 2009.
