JOINT MOTION TO AMEND THE DOCKET CONTROL ORDER TO EXTEND THE PARTIES' DEADLINE TO PROVIDE THE COURT WITH TUTORIALS Apple Inc. ("Apple"), Mirror Worlds, LLC ("Mirror Worlds"), and Mirror Worlds Technologies, Inc. ("MWT") hereby move to extend the parties' deadline to provide technology tutorials to the Court. Good cause exists for the requested relief. The current deadline to provide tutorials to the Court is December 18, 2009, the same day that the parties' responsive claim construction briefs (P.R. 4-5(b)) and motions for summary judgment of indefiniteness were due. On November 30, 2009, the Court granted the parties motion to extend the deadlines to comply with 4-5(b) and to file any motions for summary

judgment of indefiniteness to December 22, 2009. This motion seeks to also extend the deadline to submit tutorials to December 22, 2009. This extension is not sought for the purpose of delay, but instead so that justice may be served. WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the parties respectfully request the Court to grant their motion to amend the docket control order as set forth herein above.
