JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE Mirror Worlds, LLC ("Mirror Worlds"), Mirror Worlds Technologies, Inc. ("MWT"), and Apple, Inc. ("Apple") (collectively, "the parties") respectfully submit this Joint Motion to Extend Deadline to extend the deadline regarding compliance with P.R. 4-5(d). In accordance with the Court's Patent Rules, the Parties are to comply with P.R. 45(d) by January 21, 2010. The Parties respectfully request that the deadline to comply with P.R. 4-5(d) be extended to and including January 22, 2010. This extension is not sought for the purposes of delay, but instead so that justice may be served. A draft order granting this motion is attached hereto.
