Pursuant to Local Rule CV-7(l) Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff Apple, Inc. ("Apple") respectively submits this Unopposed Motion for Leave to Exceed the Page Limitations for Apple's Motion for Leave to Amend its Invalidity Contentions. Apple respectfully requests that this Court allow it to exceed the fifteen-page limit by three pages. Apple has made a good faith attempt to adhere to the page limits prescribed; however, additional pages are needed in order to address all the issues raised by the Motion. Counsel for the parties have met and conferred, and Mirror Worlds has stated that they do not oppose the relief sought by this motion.
