Civil Action No. 6:08-CV-88 JURY TRIAL DEMANDED

ORDER GRANTING AGREED MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINES Apple Inc. ("Apple") and Mirror Worlds, LLC ("Mirror Worlds") respectfully submitted an Agreed Motion to extend the deadline for submitting the agreed docket control and discovery orders as set in the Court's July 17, 2008 Order [D.I. 21]; to set the effective Rule 16 Scheduling Conference accordingly; and to set the deadline for Apple to comply with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4. After considering the motion and that it is agreed, the motion is hereby GRANTED. As such, it is ORDERED that the deadline for the parties to submit agreed docket control and discovery orders be extended from July 28, 2008 to September 2, 2008; that the effective Rule 16 Scheduling Conference is deemed to be September 2, 2008 for purposes of computing the time deadlines under the local patent rules; and that Apple's deadline for compliance with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 be set at October 20, 2008.
