ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO AMEND THE AMENDED DOCKET CONTROL ORDER BEFORE THE COURT is the Joint Motion by Mirror Worlds, LLC ("Mirror Worlds"), Mirror Worlds Technologies, Inc., and Apple Inc. ("Apple") (collectively, "the parties") To Amend the Amended Docket Control Order, entered on June 29, 2010 (Docket No. 219) and amended on August 4, 2010 (Docket No. 290). Having reviewed this Motion, the Court finds it is well taken and should be GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the new deadlines to the Amended Docket Control Order are outlined as follows:
