ORDER GRANTING MIRROR WORLDS LLC'S MOTION REGARDING WHETHER ALL OF MIRROR WORLDS' CLAIMS REQUIRE A "STREAM" ON THIS DAY, the Court having considered Plaintiff Mirror Worlds LLC's Brief Regarding Whether All of Mirror Worlds' Claims Require a "Stream," after review of the moving papers in support of the subject motion, Defendant's opposition papers, oral argument, if any, and for good cause shown: IT IS ORDERED that a "stream" limitation is not required by claims of the Mirror Worlds LLC's patents-in-suit that do not explicitly recite a "stream" or depend from claims that recite a "stream" and therefore no modification of the Court's Order (D.I. 302) is needed.
