UNOPPOSED MOTION BY APPLE INC. FOR LEAVE TO FILE VIDEOS NON-ELECTRONICALLY Apple Inc. respectfully moves for leave to file two videos non-electronically as Exhibits 4 and 6 to APPLE INC.'S RENEWED MOTION FOR JUDGMENT AS A MATTER OF LAW, MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL AND MOTION FOR REMITTITUR PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 50 AND 59, filed concurrently herewith. Exhibit 4 is a video of Cover Flow in the accused Snow Leopard operating system, DX1043.

Exhibit 6 is a video of the Finder application and a Terminal window showing "kMDItemID" values in the accused Tiger operating system, DX1041. Apple seeks leave to file the video non-electronically because the file type of the video (.wmv) cannot be filed in the Court's CM/ECF system. Mirror Worlds, LLC does not oppose this motion for leave to file a video non-electronically. For the foregoing reasons, Apple respectfully requests that its motion be granted.
