DEFENDANT APPLE INC.'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL Defendant, Apple Inc. ("Apple"), hereby respectfully requests that Garland T. Stephens be permitted to withdraw as counsel of record for Apple in this matter. Matthew D. Powers of the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP made an appearance as Lead Counsel for Apple in this matter on September 9, 2008, and Mr. Powers continues to represent Apple as Lead Counsel in this matter. Consequently, the withdrawal of Mr. Stephens will not delay this proceeding and no prejudice will result to any party. Defendant Apple has met and conferred with Plaintiff Mirror Worlds, LLC, who has no objections to the withdrawal of Mr. Stephens as counsel for Apple in this case.
