APPLE INC.'S AND MIRROR WORLDS LLC'S JOINT MOTION TO AMEND THE DISCOVERY ORDER Apple Inc. and Mirror Worlds LLC ("the parties") in the above-entitled and numbered civil action, move to amend the Discovery Order. In support, the parties will show the following: Paragraph 2B of the Discovery Order [D.I. 31] entered on September 10, 2008 set forth a deadline of February 17, 2009 for the completion of the parties' rolling document productions. The parties respectfully request the Court to modify the Discovery Order to extend the deadline for the completion of the parties' rolling document productions to May 15, 2009. This extension is not sought for the purpose of delay, but instead so that justice may be served. WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the parties respectfully request the Court to amend the Discovery Order as set forth herein above.
