Accordingly, the two sentences of bracketed language on page 5 of the Agreed Protective Order Regarding the Disclosure and Use of Discovery Materials [D.I. 79] is hereby replaced with the following language: "This bar is intended to preclude counsel form participating directly or indirectly in reexamination proceedings on behalf of a patentee, where counsel could be involved in crafting claims, but is not intended to preclude counsel from participating in reexamination proceedings on behalf of a Party challenging the validity of a patent, where counsel cannot be involved in crafting claims."
