IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS MARSHALL DIVISION MICROUNITY SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, § INC., § Plaintiff, § § v. § CIVIL ACTION NO. 2-04-CV-120 (TJW) § DELL, INC. AND INTEL CORP., § Defendants. § § ORDER Plaintiff MicroUnity Systems Engineering, Inc. ("MicroUnity") moved for a clarification or modification of the Protective Order entered in this case. The Court finds that the Protective Order entered in this case is clear. The Protective Order includes a Prosecution Bar that applies equally to reexaminations as it does to new applications filed with the USPTO. Further, the Court is not persuaded by MicroUnity's argument to modify or supplement the Protective Order in any way. Accordingly, MicroUnity's Motion to Supplement the Protective Order is DENIED. SIGNED this 17th day of August, 2005.
