JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO FILE JOINT JURY INSTRUCTIONS AND VERDICT FORM COME NOW the parties and for their Joint Motion to Extend Deadline to File Joint Jury Instructions and Verdict Form respectfully state: 1. On February 27, 2009, this Court entered an Order ordering the parties to file joint

proposed jury instructions and a verdict form no later than April 3, 2009 (DE #214). 2. While the parties are diligently working on the joint proposed jury instructions

and verdict form, the need for additional time has arisen as the parties attempt to work through their numerous differences. 3. Therefore, the parties respectfully request a one week extension of time until

April 10, 2009 to file joint proposed jury instructions and verdict form. WHEREFORE, the parties pray the Court grant their Joint Motion to Extend Deadline to File Joint Jury Instructions and Verdict Form.
