IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendants are granted leave to reopen discovery to take the deposition of Michelle Albritton and the motion to dismiss Defendant's Motion in Limine No. 2 is moot. IT IS SO ORDERED.
