Mr. Bart Showalter, Mr. Kurt Pankratz, Ms. Jillian Powell, Mr. Steve Schortgen and Mr. Kevin Meek of Baker Botts, LLP, all of whom have knowledge of various communications with Defendants regarding the filing of the ESN case.
