ORDER GRANTING RED HAT'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLY TO BEDROCK'S RESPONSE TO RED HAT'S MOTION TO INTERVENE This matter comes before the Court upon Intervenor's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Reply to Bedrock's Response to Red Hat's Motion to Intervene. Having considered the Motion, the Court finds that it is well taken and should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the deadline for Intervenor to file its Reply to Bedrock's Response to Red Hat's Motion to Intervene is extended up to and including July 9, 2010.
