( Part ies ) hereby request that the Court amend its February 3, 2010 Docket Control Order as follows: ACTION Tutorials due. Deadline for parties, if they desire, to provide Court with tutorials concerning technology involved in patent. If a technical advisor has been appointed, each party that provides a tutorial shall provide a copy to the advisor. CURRENT DUE DATE August 25, 2010 NEW DUE DATE September 20, 2010

This extension is not requested for purpose of delay and does not affect the current trial setting.
