ORDER DENYING BEDROCK'S MOTION TO COMPEL FROM GOOGLE AND MATCH.COM A COMPLETE RESPONSE TO BEDROCK'S FIFTH INTERROGATORY AND GRANTING GOOGLE AND MATCH.COM'S CROSS-MOTION TO COMPEL A COMPLETE RESPONSE TO THEIR SIXTH INTERROGATORIES Before the Court is Bedrock's Motion to Compel from Google and Match.com a Complete Response to Bedrock's Fifth Interrogatory (Dkt. No. 246) AND Google and Match.com's Cross-Motion to Compel a Complete Response to Their Sixth Interrogatories. After considering the Motions and the relief requested therein, the Court finds that for good cause appearing Bedrock's Motion to Compel should be and hereby is DENIED in its entirety and Google and Match.com's Cross-Motion to Compel should be and is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS Bedrock to, within 10 days of entry of this order, serve a complete response to Google and Match.com's sixth interrogatories.
