It is therefore ORDERED that this action is stayed pending the resolution of the reexamination proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office relating to U.S. Patent No. 5,893,120, and it is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's infringement allegations against all defendants in this action with respect to the original, unamended claims 3, 4, 7 and 8 in U.S. Patent No. 5,893,120 are dismissed with prejudice.
