ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO STAY THIS ACTION AND DISMISS AMENDED CLAIMS PENDING REEXAMINATION OF U.S. PATENT NO. 5,893,120 Having considered the parties' briefing on Defendants' Motion To Stay This Action And Dismiss Amended Claims Pending Reexamination of U.S. Patent No. 5,893,120, the Court hereby GRANTS said Motion. It is therefore ORDERED that this action is stayed pending the resolution of the reexamination proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office relating to U.S. Patent No. 5,893,120, and it is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's infringement allegations against all defendants in this action with respect to the original, unamended claims 3, 4, 7 and 8 in U.S. Patent No. 5,893,120 are dismissed with prejudice.
