ORDER GRANTING BEDROCK'S MOTION TO DISMISS GOOGLE INC.'S AND MATCH.COM, LLC'S COUNTERCLAIMS Before the Court is Bedrock's Motion to Dismiss Google Inc.'s and Match.com, LLC's Counterclaims. The Court is of the opinion that Bedrock's motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Bedrock's motion is hereby GRANTED, and Count Three of Google Inc.'s and Match.com, LLC's Counterclaims [Dkt. Nos. 476 and 477] is accordingly STRICKEN.
