The Court is of the opinion that Yahoo!'s motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Yahoo!'s motion is hereby GRANTED and that Plaintfiff's claims against Yahoo! for willful infringement of U.S. Patent No. 5,893,120 are hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
