PLAINTIFF BEDROCK COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES LLC'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME IN WHICH TO OPPOSE DEFENDANTS' FINDINGS OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Plaintiff Bedrock Computer Technologies LLC ("Bedrock") files this unopposed motion for an extension of time in which to file findings of fact and conclusions of law opposing Defendants' claims regarding the issue of ownership/standing and laches. Bedrock hereby moves for an extension of Bedrock's time to file findings of fact and conclusions of law in opposition to Defendants' claims regarding the issue of ownership/standing and laches. Specifically, Bedrock requests an extension of time up to and including March 15, 2011. Defendants will not be prejudiced by such an

extension. This request is not made for the purposes of delay but is made in the interests of justice.
