ORDER
Before the Court is Yahoo! Inc’s (“Yahoo!”) Unopposed Motion for an Extension of Time to
File Bill of Costs. The Court, having reviewed the motion, finds that the motion should be
GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that Yahoo! is granted an extension through and including June 6,
2011, to file a disagreed Bill of Costs. Should the parties enter into agreed stipulations of all taxable
costs, Yahoo! will file a stipulated Bill of Costs according to L.R. CV-54.
