Before the Court is Yahoo! Inc.’s (“Yahoo”) Motion to Declare This an Exceptional Case
and for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285 (Dkt. No. 842), and Bedrock
Computer Technologies, LLC’s (“Bedrock”) response in opposition thereto. The Court is of the
opinion that Yahoo’s motion should be denied. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that
Yahoo’s motion is DENIED.
