ORDER
Before the Court is a Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File a Reply in Support of
Yahoo!’s Motion to Declare This an Exceptional Case and For Attorneys’ Fees and Costs
Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285 filed by Plaintiff Bedrock Computer Technologies, LLC
(“Bedrock”) and Defendant Yahoo! Inc. (“Yahoo!”). The Court, having reviewed the joint
motion, and being well-advised, finds that the agreed motion should be GRANTED. It is
therefore
ORDERED that Yahoo! is granted an extension of time through and including July 12,
2011, to file a reply in support of its Motion to Declare This an Exceptional Case and For
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285 [Dkt. No. 842] and Bedrock is granted an
extension of time through and including July 18, 2011 to file a surreply.
