UNOPPOSED MOTION TO AMEND THE DOCKET CONTROL ORDER Defendants Scottrade, Inc., Fair Isaac Corp., Halliburton Co., and Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. collectively request, with consent of plaintiff Aloft Media, LLC, that the Court amend its June 21, 2010 Docket Control Order [Dkt. No. 109] to allow Defendants to serve their P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 disclosures on October 8, 2010. The parties further request the Court to amend the Docket Control Order to accommodate other dates effected by the change to the P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 date change. Such changes are reflected in Exhibit A. A redline of the changes is attached as Exhibit B. The parties pray that the Court extend the deadline for Defendants to serve their P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 disclosures until the agreed upon date of October 8, 2010 and adopt all other deadlines as reflected in Exhibit A.
