ORDER DISMISSING DEFENDANT SCOTTRADE, INC. WITH PREJUDICE Plaintiff Aloft Media, LLC's ("Aloft") and Defendant Scottrade, Inc.'s ("Scottrade") Joint Motion to Dismiss Scottrade with Prejudice under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2) shall be, and hereby is, GRANTED. All claims brought by Aloft against Scottrade, and all claims,

counterclaims and defenses made by Scottrade against Aloft, are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Aloft and Scottrade will each bear its own costs, expenses and legal fees. This dismissal does not affect any other named defendants.
