Defendant Yahoo!, Inc. (“Yahoo!”) files this Unopposed Motion to Withdraw
Yahoo!, Inc.’s Daubert Motion to Exclude Portions of Expert Testimony of Roy
Weinstein [Dkt. No. 907] and would respectfully show the Court the following:
On August 19, 2011 Yahoo! filed a motion to exclude certain portions of Roy
Weinstein’s expert report. (See Dkt. No. 907). The specific concerns raised in that
motion have been addressed. Therefore, Yahoo! respectfully requests that the Court enter
an Order withdrawing Yahoo!, Inc.’s Daubert Motion to Exclude Portions of Expert
Testimony of Roy Weinstein [Dkt. No. 907].
