DEFENDANT GO DADDY’S UNOPPOSED MOTION
FOR LEAVE TO FILE A CORRECTED ANSWER
On October 11, 2011, Defendant The Go Daddy Group, Inc. filed (D.I. 1012) its Answer
and Counterclaims to Plaintiffs’ Third Amended Complaint for Patent Infringement (“Go
Daddy’s Answer”). As a result of a technical error, the numeral “2” appeared in place of the
numeral “3” at a number of places in Go Daddy’s Answer. Go Daddy therefore moves for leave
to file a corrected Answer to correct this error (and not to make any substantive changes to Go
Daddy’s Answer). Plaintiffs do not oppose this motion.
Dated: October 26, 2011.
