FOR LEAVE TO FILE A CORRECTED ANSWER
On October 14, 2011, Defendant Frito-Lay, Inc. ("Frito-Lay") filed its Answer to
Plaintiff's Third Amended Complaint (Dkt. 1030, "Answer"). Due to technical issues, the
Answer contains inadvertent errors including numbering and formatting errors. Frito-Lay
therefore moves for leave to file a corrected Answer to correct these errors. No substantive
changes was made to the Answer. The parties have met and conferred, and Plaintiff does not
oppose Frito-Lay's Motion. For the reasons stated above, Frito-Lay respectfully requests the
Court grant this unopposed motion.
