PLAINTIFFS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CORRECT DOCKET
On October 28, 2011, Plaintiffs The Regents of the University of California (“The
Regents”) and Eolas Technologies Incorporated (“Eolas”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed their
Corrected Third Amended Complaint For Patent Infringement (Dkt. 1075) (“Complaint”). As
the result of an error when filing the Complaint, The Regents are now incorrectly included as a
defendant.1

Plaintiffs therefore would like The Regents inclusion as a defendant in the

Complaint be removed. Defendants do not oppose this motion. For the reasons stated above,
Plaintiffs respectfully request the Court grant this unopposed motion.
