Before the Court is Plaintiff Eolas Technologies Incorporated’s Motion for Leave to
Supplement P.R. 3-1 Infringement Contentions With Respect to Frito-Lay’s happiness.lays.com
(“Motion,” Dkt. 1050). After careful consideration, the Court is of the opinion that Eolas has not
shown good cause and the Motion should be denied.
It is therefore ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED.
