FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE EXPERT REPORT ON NONINFRINGEMENT
This Motion is unopposed. On September 15, 2011, the Court entered a Docket Control
Order setting November 15, 2011, as the deadline for the rebuttal expert reports (excluding
Defendant Frito-Lay). Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., The Go Daddy Group, Inc., and Yahoo!
Inc. (collectively “Movants”) respectfully move for a two-day extension of the deadline to serve
their rebuttal expert report on noninfringement—to November 17, 2011. This Motion is not
made for delay. Plaintiffs do not oppose this motion.
