The Court having considered the Defendants’ Opposed Motion for Leave to Serve
Discovery on Apple, Inc., Patrick Heynen and Los Alamo National Laboratory, and
finding good cause supporting it, finds the Motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that leave is granted for Defendants’ to serve
discovery on Apple, Inc., Patrick Heynen and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
