ORDER GRANTING YAHOO!’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXPEDITED
BRIEFING AND HEARING ON YAHOO!’S MOTION FOR SEPARATE TRIAL
The Court, having considered Yahoo!’s Unopposed Motion For Expedited Briefing
on Yahoo!’s Motion for Separate Trial, and finding good cause supporting it, finds that the
motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs file any brief in opposition to
Yahoo!’s Motion for Separate Trials no later than December 21, 2011, that Defendants file
any reply brief no later than December 27, 2011. Hearing on Yahoo!’s Motion for Separate
Trials shall be set for a date before the January 24, 2012 pretrial conference and as early as
the week of January 3, 2012.
