Being well-advised, the Court is of the opinion that the motion is well-taken and should be and is hereby GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that following deadlines are amended as indicated below: EVENT  Video and Stenographic Deposition Designations due. Each party who proposes to offer deposition testimony shall file a disclosure identifying the line and page numbers to be offered.   Parties to exchange exhibit lists in .doc or .xls format.  DEADLINE  January 5, 2011 Parties to identify any issues to be tried to the bench.
