ORDER GRANTING THE DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO LIMIT THE
NUMBER OF ASSERTED CLAIMS FOR TRIAL
The Court having considered the Defendants’ Motion to Limit the Number of Asserted
Claims for Trial, and finding good cause for supporting it, finds the Motion should be
GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that before the pre-trial conference, Plaintiffs limit the
number of representative claims to three (3) or fewer claims per patent for trial.
